From community classes to private sessions, I offer formats designed to make yoga truly accessible to everyone, wherever you are in your journey.
Senior Wellness
Chair Yoga
A gentle, fully supported practice designed specifically for older adults. Every movement is seated or done standing with a chair for balance, so there's no getting down on the floor. This class is offered as community service completely free of charge. It's one of my greatest joys to teach.
Corporate Wellness
Yoga and Mindfulness
Workplace wellbeing matters. I offer tailored group yoga and mindfulness sessions for teams of all sizes, whether in your office or virtually. These sessions are designed to reduce stress, improve focus, and build a genuine sense of connection among colleagues. A small investment with a big return.
Yoga for All
An open, welcoming class designed for people of every level, background, and body type. Whether you've never stepped on a mat before or you've been practicing for years, you'll find something here that works with you at your level. I keep classes intentional and accessible, so you won't feel lost or out of place.
Private 1:1 Sessions
Fully personalized sessions built around your specific goals, health history, and pace. Ideal if you're working with a particular injury or condition, want focused attention on your technique, or simply prefer the intimacy of a private practice. Virtual or in-person, accessible wherever you are.
Specialized Workshops
Focused, topic-based workshops are in development. Join the mailing list to be the first to know when they launch.
Stress Relief & Restorative Yoga
A deep-rest practice focused on releasing tension held in the body and calming the nervous system.

Frequently Asked Questions
Still have questions? Send me a message. I'm happy to help.
Do I need previous yoga experience?
Not at all. The Yoga for All class and Chair Yoga are specifically designed to welcome complete beginners. If you're starting from zero, I'll meet you there, and we'll build from the ground up together.
What equipment do I need?
For most classes, a yoga mat and comfortable clothing are enough. For Chair Yoga, just a sturdy chair. I'll let you know about any optional props (like blocks or a strap) in advance, and most can be substituted with household items.
How do virtual sessions work?
Virtual classes and private sessions are held via video call (Zoom or similar). Once you book, I'll send you a link and any preparation notes. All you need is a device with a camera, a little floor space, and your mat.
Can I try a class before committing?
Absolutely. That's what the free intro call is for. We'll chat about your goals, any health considerations, and figure out which class is the best fit. No pressure, no obligation.
Not sure which class is right for you?
Let's talk. A free 20-minute intro call is the easiest way to figure out the best fit for your goals, schedule, and experience level.
